How do I check if my instance is in pro trial or is being charged?

• If your instance is in the pro trial, the " x days trial remaining " message highlighted below will be displayed in the console.

What happens if my pro trail ends?

• Payment information updated -> The instance will become chargeable.
• Payment information is not updated. -> The instance will be suspended.

Once my pro trial ends, can the trial be extended?

• Trial can be extended for 7 more days if you add a credit card to your account

Can my instance be upsized during the pro trial?

• Yes you can upsize the pro trial instance upto 4GB Memory
• However, you can always export a snapshot of your pro trial instance and upload it to a new Pro (paid) instance of the desired size.
• The limitation with resizing upto 4GB only applies to Pro Trial instances.
• So, the new paid pro instance can be upsized as/when required.

How many times can a user opt for Aura Pro trial?

• Only once.

Why does my Pro trial instance gets paused?

• Trial instances are auto-paused if we detect 48 hours of inactivity in the database.

• To avoid the instance being auto-paused, you can clone the Pro Trial instance to a Professional instance, as these are not auto-paused due to inactivity.
