Neo4j Onboarding Resources An Onboarding Manager (OM) or a Customer Success Manager (CSM) is assigned to you to assist you in the onboarding process until your initial deployment goals are met. Work with your OM or CSM in the touch points throughout your customer journey, and use this guide as a reference. We are prepared to advise you with technical expertise and best practice using and adopting graph technology to your use case and to support you solving your business challenges. You, as the customer, set your goals and define what your Neo4j deployment definition is. You also set your priorities and manage the project per your needs. Neo4j would like to understand your target deployment timeline so that we can best assist and guide on the Neo4j graph database implementation aspects of your project. We propose the following touch-points and activities that are coordinated by the Onboarding Manager, to help you achieve your deployment definition. Work with your onboarding manager to adjust to a plan that works for your project. Onboarding Touch-Points & Activities 1. Introduction to your Onboarding Manager An email introduction from your Account Executive, followed up by an email from your Onboarding Manager. 2. 1:1 Meet & Greet - a 15-25 minute call This is a meeting between the customer Project Owner(s) and Neo4j’s Onboarding Manager. It is an informal conversation about the project, salient points you share and alignment on the onboarding plan and coordination of any Professional Services. 3. Onboarding Kick-off Meeting This is a Kick-off with the project team. The onboarding manager will review a formal kick-off deck to ensure that all stakeholders are clear on deployment goals and expectations of the project, such as: Neo4j Training, Neo4j Professional Services, Technical discovery, Project risks & Challenges. 4. Product Overview and Demos (optional) If the customer wants, we can facilitate a product demo to ensure that all team members are familiar with the Neo4j products and tools that are being implemented. Pre-Deployment Review and Technical Health Check Prior to a deployment, we suggest a technical health check review and a validation that best practices are adopted. This mitigates risks around the deployment. 10. Deployment & the Onboarding Project Close-Out Recognize the achieved Deployment milestone by confirming that deployment goals are met. It serves to provide you with guidance and options on how to plan for or approach a technical implementation of Neo4j. However, there are some things that we do not cover in a Technical Discovery workshop. It is neither a replacement nor an extension of Neo4j Customer Support. For issues or concerns related to the Neo4j platform, a support case is required. We do not touch code or provide any deliverables. It is strictly a discussion between a CSA and the customer's technical counterparts. It is not comparable to a paid Professional Services engagement, which involves a clearly defined scope, deliverables, and is governed by a services agreement.
