Neo4j considers all customer data "mission critical", and as such can not cancel any account that has an AuraDB/AuraDS instance running. In order to cancel your account, you must first log into the Neo4j Aura portal and destroy any running AuraDB/AuraDS instances via the following process:

1. Navigate to Neo4j Aura
2. Click on the three dots menu on your AuraDB/AuraDS Instance
3. Click the red Delete button
4. Type {{ The Name Of The AuraDB/AuraDS Instance }} into the text box
5. Click the red Delete button
6. Repeat steps 1 - 5 for all running AuraDB/AuraDS Instances

Deleting all running instances will prevent further billing on your Aura account. Any usage which has been incurred in the current calendar month will be billed at the beginning of the next calendar month.
