Users who had previous versions of Bloom in Desktop were able to connect to Neo4j Aura.

Unfortunately, neither Bloom App of any versions in Desktop are compatible with Aura, and any users attempting to use Desktop and the Bloom App will not be able to connect.

AuraDB customers should be using Bloom through the Aura console:

1. In a browser navigate to: https://console-preview.neo4j.io/
2. On the right side of the AuraDB Instance, select "Explore" from the dropdown menu.

This will instantiate a new web browser tab which will load Bloom.
