Should you require Neo4j to provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for Neo4j Aura you have the following option depending on your payment method:

 

Prepaid Customers:

The Neo4j DPA has been incorporated into the Cloud Agreement via Section 3.3 of the Cloud Addendum as of March 18, 2026.

If you will be submitting personal information to Neo4j for processing and your terms with Neo4j do not already include a DPA, please reach out to your sales representative (or sales@neo4j.com).

 

Pay As You Go (PAYG) Customers:

If you are a monthly pay-as-you-go Aura customer, the Aura Self-Serve Terms of Service was updated on March 18, 2026 to incorporate the Neo4j DPA.
