Aura currently does not support custom full-text analyser as a standard.

If you have a strong need for such a feature on AuraDB Enterprise (only in this tier), please do get in touch with your sales representative to discuss the specific use case, and potentially explore alternative ‘in product’ options.  
For security reasons, any custom code should be vetted and inspected before being deployed.
