Neo4j Aura comes with a built-in browser for accessing your AuraDB Instance. To open it, simply navigate to the console with your list of AuraDB Instances and click the blue Open with button on the AuraDB Instance you're working with. Choose "Neo4j Browser" from the dropdown.

But what happens if the page that gets loaded is blank? The browser makes extensive use of Javascript and a blank page typically means one of three things:

1. You do not have Javascript enabled. Please check that it is, then reload the page.
2. One of your browser plugins is interfering with the page. This would most likely be an ad blocker. Be sure to disable any ad blockers in your browser, then try again (we will never sell ads on Aura so your privacy is guaranteed).
3. Something is cached in your Web browser that is interfering with something on the page. This can usually be remedied by doing a hard refresh of the page. Holding Shift and clicking the reload button will accomplish this for most browsers.

If you continue to have problems after taking these steps, please file a support ticket.
