Authorized Support Contacts are granted access to the Neo4j Support Portal, the associated project, and any related support cases. Scope and Limitations This process applies only to self-managed customers.Aura customers must manage Authorized Support Contacts through the Neo4j Aura Console.For detailed guidance on Aura support access, refer to the official Neo4j Aura documentation on Support Integration (linked here). Important Notes All contact management for Aura must be handled directly by customers with Owner or Admin roles within the Aura Console. Detailed Instructions for Self-managed customers Navigate from the Home page to Manage Cases or Get Support Click the appropriate Customer Project Profile Click the Add Contact to Project button 1st procedure: Begin typing the name of an existing Contact If the Contact does not exist, skip the remaining steps and move to the 2nd procedure below to Create New Contact instructions below Select the appropriate existing Contact and click Next to continue Verify the highlighted fields are accurate Click the Information is Correct dropdown menu, click Yes, and then click NextIf No is selected, you will be returned to the Add Contact to Project starting page A confirmation screen will appear and can be dismissed by clicking Finish 2nd procedure - If no existing Contact exists, or the details of an existing Contact do not match, click Create new Contact, and then click Next Populate the required fields on the Authorized User Approval Request Form and then click Next A confirmation screen will appear and can be dismissed by clicking Finish Regardless if the Contact was added using the 1st procedure or the 2nd procedure, a Welcome Email will be sent to the Contact.Customers accessing the Neo4j Customer Portal for the first time can review this Knowledge Article for additional details.InformationTitleCustomer Portal: Add Contact to ProjectArticle Created Date3/19/2024, 7:48 PMURL Name27388233806099-Customer-Portal-Add-Contact-to-ProjectLast Modified Date7/10/2026, 3:56 PM
