When signing up for Neo4j Aura, you create an account to access the Neo4j Aura Console.  This can be done using email (username) and password, or by using google authentication.  Sometimes users choose google authentication, and then want to change to using email and password for console access.

 

To change from google auth to email and password:

 

1) Open a support ticket with Neo4j Aura at support@neo4j.com .  Notify Aura support of your email and the request.  Also, let Aura support know you have logged all browsers out of the console.

2) Aura Support will reset your authentication method and notify you in the support ticket.

3) You can then use the sign up link with the same email address and create a password.
